SUSPENSION SERVICING
At Jaff VTT, we have over 15 years of experience in the world of suspension maintenance and repairs. From classic maintenance to tuning following a telemetry/data acquisition day. The workshop is equipped with all the tools and machines necessary for your suspensions. Vacuum machine bleeding and nitrogen refilling afterwards. This ensures optimal results every time.

DROPPER POSTS
We repair most seatposts. The work required on each seatpost is different, and so is the price.
Service starts at €55.

CHANGE OF STEERER TUBE
Is the pivot pin creaking or too short? We offer to replace it with a new one.
Starting at €100
Choice of lightweight or reinforced pivot pin. Work is performed concurrently with maintenance.
TUNING
Suspension tuning to suit your needs. Change compression and rebound curves by changing the damping. Volume spacers can be added or removed to change the progression curves. We are here to help.
GUIDE RING CALIBRATIONS
Perfect alignment of the guide bushings with precise diameters. The fork is made smoother and more responsive with a significant reduction in friction.
€25 if performed during maintenance.
€65 with lubrication on a new fork.
